Is your child constantly dancing around the house? Are they always talking about the next performance or year-end recital? Is your child looking for more energy, more excitement, and to excel in their dance classes? If you answered yes, your dancer may be interested in auditioning for the Dance Unlimited Performance Company!

DUPC dancers are looked up to in the studio and in the community. DUPC dancers have a valued opportunity to do community service projects, fundraising, performances, and community events. We look for well-rounded, dedicated students to be a part of our exciting, energetic company team.

We have multiple teams within the DUPC based on age and commitment level.

DUPC Levels

Dance Unlimited Performance Company: Minis

We are excited to introduce you to the newest level of the Dance Unlimited Performance Company - the MINI TEAM! These dancers are selected by invitation only. This new team will be made up of dancers ages 6-9, and is a great introduction to what it’s like to be a part of the DUPC!

Our Mini Team dancers are required to take weekly technique classes in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz. Hip Hop and Acro classes are optional but encouraged.

Dance Unlimited Performance Company: Rising Stars and Shooting Stars

Dancers placed in our DUPC Rising Star program ages 8-11 and our DUPC Shooting Star program ages 12+, are eager to learn and perform! These dancers are placed after completing our audition process and are guaranteed a spot in the DUPC finale performance as well as the chance to attend one dance convention.

Our Rising Stars and Shooting Stars are required to take weekly technique classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, and Acro. *Shooting Star dancers are required to take multiple ballet classes weekly!

Dance Unlimited Performance Company: Shining Stars, Allstars, and SuperStars

This program is geared toward dancers that are technically advanced in their age range, and are ready for the next level of training and commitment. These dancers are placed after our multiphase audition process and are assessed at a higher standard. These dancers are guaranteed a spot in our DUPC finale. In addition, they will attend one dance competition and convention a year. There will be opportunities to attend additional conventions if the dancer chooses to do so.

Shining Stars, Allstars, and SuperStars: dancers are required to take weekly technique classes in Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Modern, Acro, Ballet, and Pointe (if recommended).

Dance Unlimited Performance Company: Elite

The DUPCE is an additional program within the DUPC. Dancers must have a minimum of two years of experience with the Dance Unlimited Performance Company prior to auditioning for the Elite travel team. It is made up of elite-level dancers who are striving for added excellence in their dance training and want to attend multiple competitions and conventions throughout the year. This team has a significantly higher commitment level and opportunities for solos, duets, trios, and small group routines. They will travel to three or four competitions and conventions per year in addition to all DUPC requirements.

Our Elite team ranges from age 10-18 and are required to take weekly technique classes in Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Modern, Acro, Ballet, and Pointe classes. In addition, this elite travel team has private and group rehearsals (usually on a weekly basis) to learn Elite choreography.

DUPC Audition Information

We would love for your dancer to consider auditioning for one of our DUPC levels! All dancers ages 8+ with a minimum of two years of consecutive ballet or jazz training are eligible to audition. Follow the quick and easy 4 steps below to get your child started on their journey with the Dance Unlimited Performance Company!

Send an email to info@dance-u.com to let us know your dancer is interested in the DUPC. Please include your dancer’s name, age, their grade for the upcoming school year.
Register for our open DUPC Audition.
- Monday, June 20 4:00pm - 6:00pm (8-12 years)
- Monday, June 20 7:00pm - 9:00pm (13+ years)
Register for our 4-week summer session (Tuesday evenings, July 5 - July 26)
- Auditioning dancers must be enrolled in both a Ballet class and an Open Technique class for their age group.
Register for Summer Dance Camp
- Shooting Star Camp August 1 - 5 (ages 8-14), OR
- Allstar Camp August 8 - 12 (ages 13+)
